Who says white men can't jump?
The game is called rugby. Today (Saturday, July 29) there will be 33 rugby teams playing in the Surfside Sevens tournament sponsored by my club, Philadelphia Whitemarsh RFC, in Stone Harbor, N.J. This is a photo of a player we call "Junior" getting what we call "good ball" during a lineout against Washington RFC during a match in May.

Comments
About Junior. My guess as to height and weight of Junior would be 6-foot-8, 280 pounds or 6-foot-six, 280 pounds.

If this is an example of "good ball" in your game, what does bad ball look like?
Also, what happened to Willie Stewart, the fellow with one arm who played for Washington Rugby Club? I heard he became the President of Boston University? Is this true? Is it harder to play rugby or run a university with one arm?
What sports, in your opinion, best prepare a new player for rugby football? Besides synchronized swimming, of course, the last sport to surpass rugby on route to becoming a full Olympic competition category?

In regards to the inquiry about "One Armed Willie" He moved out to Colorodo and became a ski instructor and worked with disabled kids. He made an appearance at a Washington RFC hall of fame banquet where he was being inducted. In typical Willie fashion, he ended his acceptance speech by blasting the existing players, telling them they were all prima donnas, had no heart, didnt train enough, and how he could take all of them with no arms. There were several other descriptions I wont mention. Classic.
